All the Items displayed on Genies Deal website are Authentic, Branded, Seal Packed and come with the Warranty as provided by the Brand.

1) By Making a Purchase on the Genies Deal Website, You Agree to use your Accurate, Personal as well as active Financial and contact information. For instance, Your NAME, PHONE, EMAIL, ADDRESS FOR BILLING AND SHIPPING MUST BE ACCURATE AND LEGALLY CORRECT. In the event you provide any incorrect information for delivery/contact & if we’re unable to Contact you or unable to deliver your item or item being shipped to an incorrect address because of incorrect information, you will be solely responsible for the loss and Genies Deal will not be liable for any such losses.

2) Any issues related to any human error, Product Damage, Non-delivery, Delayed Delivery, Defective Items etc will be thoroughly verified by Genies Deal and addressed accordingly. It may take up to 45 days to resolve the problem and reship the item thereafter. Resolutions are normally much faster, however, you acknowledge & provide the required time to fix any unforeseen issues.

3) By making a purchase or showing interest in any of the products and submitting your personal contact info, you provide Genies Deal the consent to contact you & provide any update or information regarding your orders, offers etc either by email, phone, email, mail, etc.

Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Here at Geniesdeal, We try hard and best of our efforts to find a deal which you will most likely fall in love with but in case if something goes otherwise( such as defective item, item not as per description) We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to carefully review and investigate. If anything comes out unexpected and not in your favor, We will open a ticket to investigate and We will ask you to submit a proof of item being defective and upon successful approval, We will offer a return instructions to your email. After receiving the item, We will re-ship your order. Please note this process may take more than regular shipping time so we request you to kindly extend your patience as we work on reshipping your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, We have a strict 7 day window to request for a return. We will not be able to entertain any return request post 7 day window.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards as well as game codes and Digital Downloads.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any and All Return/Refund/Replacements/Warranty Claim requests will be under careful review. While all the Warranty Claims, Replacements related requests are mostly subjected to the respective brands and their policies for servicing procedures & Warranty Claims guidelines & procedures, it is the refund requests that are initiated only in cases where there’s no hope for any possible delivery resolution. We strongly suggest to alert Genies Deal with a final buying decision before every purchase. In case where Genies Deal is not able to provide you an item in approximately 15 business days, we’ll initiate a refund and inform you of the same. By using our website you allow us a maximum of 15 business days to have your item delivered.
